Enjoy a private cooking class with an authentic Thai chef and master the art of how to cook delicious Thai food at home. My private lessons are ideal for all levels. You will prepare, cook (with plenty of tasting!) and then eat a delicious Thai meal in my kitchen or take all the food home to share with friends and family!
Lessons are held at My Thai Kitchen in Redland, Bristol. The three dish lesson takes approximately three hours and the five dish lesson about five hours.
The most popular dishes that I teach are Chicken Satay (Satay Kai), Spicy Barbecue Beef Salad (Yum Nua Yang), Spicy Prawn Soup (Tom Yum Goong), Chicken in Coconut Milk Soup (Tom Kha Kai), Penang Chicken (Penang Gai), Green Curry with Chicken (Kaeng Keaw Waan Kai), Stir Fried Noodles with Prawns (Pad Thai), Chicken & Cashew Nuts (Gai Pad Met Ma-Maung), Stir Fried Chicken with Holy Basil (Pad Ka-Praow Kai) or Steamed Fish in Chili and Lime Sauce (Plaa Neung Manow). For two people a 3 dish course is £230 and a 5 dish course is £310. For four people a 3 dish course is £85 a person and a five dish course is £125 per person.
